General Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns:

- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or personal care items, may not be eligible for return. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
- Non-Returnable Items:

- Items marked as “final sale”

- Meet2Sale reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return:
- Log into your Meet2Sale account.
- Navigate to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
- Click on “Request a Return” and follow the prompts to complete your return request.
- Shipping Your Return:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier or schedule a pickup as instructed.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Meet2Sale will cover the shipping costs.
- For other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount if using our provided label.
Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Partial Refunds:
- In cases where returned items are not in their original condition or missing components, partial refunds may be issued.
- Store Credit:
- If preferred, refunds can be issued as store credit to your Meet2Sale account for future purchases.
Exchanges
- Direct Exchanges:
- To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
- Refunds for the original purchase will be processed as per the refund policy.
- Damaged or Defective Items:

Cancellations
