    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Return Process

    • Log into your Meet2Sale account.
    • Navigate to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
    • Click on “Request a Return” and follow the prompts to complete your return request.
  2. Shipping Your Return:
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
    • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
    • Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier or schedule a pickup as instructed.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Meet2Sale will cover the shipping costs.
    • For other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount if using our provided label.

Refunds

  1. Refund Timeline:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification about the status of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • In cases where returned items are not in their original condition or missing components, partial refunds may be issued.
  3. Store Credit:
    • If preferred, refunds can be issued as store credit to your Meet2Sale account for future purchases.

Exchanges

  1. Direct Exchanges:
    • To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
    • Refunds for the original purchase will be processed as per the refund policy.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items:

Cancellations
